A 28-year-old Male was stabbed just outside a Houston nightclub, then chased into the parking lot, where the assailant stabbed him again numerous times.
The incident, which reportedly occurred outside Blur Nightclub in the Montrose neighborhood, was evidently not a robbery or a hate crime. Police reportedly believe it might be a crime of passion.
What happened inside the club is not yet known – or has not been reported, at any rate. But Aaron Scheerhorn got involved in an altercation inside the club, and the attacker pursued him to the front steps of the club. According to reports and in front of numerous patrons, he began just stabbing Scheerhorn. Then when Scheerhorn fled, he followed and attacked him again.
Reports say investigators have witnesses who can identify the suspect, but they still don’t have a name with which to begin the search. Police have issued a contact number (Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS or HPD’s Homicide division at 713-308-3600) for anyone who may have pertinent information.
