Man Dies While Snorkeling

Waimanalo Bay Medical Examiners have identified a 35-year-old man who died in Saturday in Waimanalo Bay after struggling. The man, identified as Richard Matapua, of Waialua, drowned while snorkeling with his family. An autopsy was planned to determine Matapua’s cause of death, but reports say he was snorkeling early last month and became unresponsive. Two Charged in Death of Cheerleader

Gainesville police have arrested two people in the death of a University of Florida cheerleader, who was killed and then burned to conceal evidence. The suspects, reportedly named as Antonio D. Drayton, 24, and Cassandra M. Kimbrough, 42,  were both charged. Drayton was charged with first-degree murder and Kimbrough was charged as an accessory. Canadian consumers have been warned earlier this month to avoid Nature’s Reward brand fresh cilantro over the potential that it may be contaminated with Salmonella, reports say.
