Houston police are investigating a fatal traffic accident at 4400 South MacGregor Way that occurred mid-March in which one person died. The accident occurred when the victim was driving a tan Jeep Wrangler eastbound on South MacGregor Way when, for unknown reasons, the vehicle left the road and struck a curb. Derrick Miller, 33, driving a 2002 Black Lincoln Navigator was traveling southbound in the 5800 block of Ed Bluestein in Austin at a high rate of speed when the Lincoln left the roadway, struck the guardrail on the west curb line, and rolled several times.
