Washington – The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), along with state and local law enforcement announced that they were conducting a series of safety inspections on motorcoaches, tour buses, school buses and other commercial passenger busses in 13 states and the District of Columbia. Study Says Teens Often Text and Drive

Reports say that according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, cell phone use played a role in 18 percent of all fatal distracted driving crashes. More than three-quarters of teens under 17 have cell phones, and almost 90% of those use texting.
