Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal  car accident in the 800 block of Federal Road about 6:50 p.m. on Friday, March 5th. When a Travis County Sheriff’s Office Deputy was flagged down at the Wal-Mart near Parmer Lane and IH 35 on April 26, 2010, at 1:01am in reference to a theft in progress, the deputy turned on the lights and siren of his marked patrol vehicle and headed to the scene.
