Richard Steinecke II, 21, of New Caney, who was injured last Friday morning by steel beams which had collapsed in a high school auditorium under construction has died, reports say. The worker was evidently killed as a result of both the fall from about 50 feet and from being crushed by the steel beams that fell on him.   Emergency crews had been called to the scene of the high school where new construction had begun on an auditorium. A high school auditorium that was under construction collapsed last week, injuring three workers in the south-Texas city of Santa Fe.   Emergency crews were called to the Santa Fe High School in the 16000 block of state Highway 6 Friday morning when it was reported that the structure had collapsed. The exact cause of the accident is unknown. But a crane at the construction site was needed to lift a 12-foot-long steel column off the workers to free them….
