Charges against the owner of a Casper, WY childcare facility were filed after an infant died in October last year. The child, Tyler Parker, was found by his mother with what appeared to be severe hypoxic, conisistent with suffocation. Sara Beth Whited, 48, faces one count of child endangerment.
