A suspect has been arrested in a fatal Houston car accident in the 200 block of Broadway that occurred about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 14. Jose Rios-Posadas, 22, was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter in the 248th State District Court. The victims, a male and a female, were pronounced dead at the scene. Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal March traffic accident at Hempstead Highway near Bingle about 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 13th. Michael Anthony Reyna, 23, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in the 185th State District Court.
