A fatal traffic accident at 3100 at North U.S. Highway 59, also known as the Eastex Freeway, early last month is still under investigation by Houston Police, reports say. An unknown victim was driving a black Suzuki Grand Vitara southbound on the Eastex Freeway service road when, for unknown reasons, his vehicle struck the curb on the entrance ramp to the freeway and then a freeway support pillar, which killed him on impact. A 61-year-old worker at the joint military base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst was killed last month in a  motorcycle accident involving the motorcycle he was driving and an SUV, according to base authorities. The incident, which is still under investigation, occurred on Range Road at about 7:20 a.m. and resulted in no other reported injuries. A suspect has been arrested in a fatal Houston car accident in the 200 block of Broadway that occurred about 3:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 14. Jose Rios-Posadas, 22, was charged with two counts of intoxication manslaughter in the 248th State District Court. The victims, a male and a female, were pronounced dead at the scene. Charges have been filed against a suspect arrested in a fatal March traffic accident at Hempstead Highway near Bingle about 10:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 13th. Michael Anthony Reyna, 23, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault in the 185th State District Court.
